• We are seeking a skilled and dedicated General Maintenance technician to join our team at ibis Nashik, India
• Who can perform highly diversified duties like installing, troubleshooting, repair and maintain the property’s facilities and equipment to ensure a safe and functional environment for the guests
• Execution: routine inspections of premises, HVAC systems, and equipment
• Research / execution: preventive maintenance on building systems including air conditioning, electrical, and plumbing

• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, and plumbing issues
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns
• Monitoring: AC performance, gas levels, compressors, and thermostats for efficient operation

• Quality / delivery: proper cleaning and servicing of filters, coils, ducts, and ventilation systems
