• We are seeking an experienced Planning Manager with a background in semiconductor facility projects

• This role involves developing and maintaining project schedules, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, and providing strategic planning support to achieve project objectives
• Project Planning & Scheduling:
• Development: and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6
• Quality / delivery: alignment of schedules with project milestones and deliverables
• Resource & Cost Planning:
• Coordination: resource allocation and cost forecasting
• Coordination: with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure timely execution of project milestones
• Monitoring: progress and update schedules to reflect actual performance
• Risk & Change Management:
• Identify schedule risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Management: change orders and ensure proper documentation and approvals
• Reporting & Documentation:
• Maintenance: accurate records of planning activities and audits

Essential requirements and candidate background

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline)
• 12+ years of experience in project planning and scheduling, preferably in semiconductor or advanced manufacturing facility projects
• Primavera P6 certification is mandatory
• Minimum 12 years of experience in project planning and scheduling for industrial/high-tech projects
• Exposure: semiconductor facility construction and cleanroom environments
