• Advance research in multimodal learning, knowledge-grounded AI, neural-symbolic reasoning, and foundation-model adaptation
• Development: methods to improve AI reasoning, reliability, explainability, robustness, efficiency, and trustworthiness
• Publish research results, generate patents and invention disclosures, and represent the organization in external technical and scientific forums
• Establishment: collaborations with universities, research institutes, technology partners, and relevant AI ecosystems

Essential requirements and candidate background

• MTech or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field
• Mandatory/requires Skills:
• 15- 18 years of applied research experience in AI, machine learning, deep learning

• Define AI technology roadmap and long-term research strategies
• Demonstrated experience leading advanced AI research, technology development or large-scale AI programs
