• Develop and improve operational processes to drive efficiency at scale
• Cross-functional collaboration skills with ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
• Communication and presentation skills; able to produce externally ready materials with minimal review
• Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality
