• Create and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports to support business decision-making
• Design, develop, and maintain Crystal Reports for legacy and operational reporting needs
• Execution: data analysis and validation to ensure accuracy and consistency in reports
• Collaboration: with cross-functional teams to support report enhancements and troubleshooting
• Use Azure DevOps for version control, deployment pipelines, and task management
