• Lucie connects consumers and brokers to every major individual market plan and a curated menu of ancillary and supplemental products
• We’re hiring a Group Product Manager to lead our PM team on the Lucie enrollment platform
• This platform is the enrollment infrastructure that powers the broker, consumer, and employer experiences on Lucie
• As a Group Product Manager you will lead EDE platform product strategy, partnering closely with Engineering, Data, and Design teams while managing a team of product managers
• You'll prioritize the enrollment platform roadmap, balancing initiatives across growth, compliance, usability, and strategic partnerships
• Report into a Director of Product
• Helping to define the vision, strategy and roadmap for the Lucie Health Marketplace enrollment platform
• Partnering closely with stakeholders including cross functional department leaders across the business including Product, Design and Data to define strategy and roadmap
• Collaboration: with Engineering and Product leadership to make resource trade-off decisions and to ensure teams are working together effectively
• Delivery: recommendations to leadership for product enhancements to improve existing products and for the development of new products
• Development: operating models for new products in partnership with leadership
• Mentoring, coaching and providing support to a team of Product Managers

Essential requirements and candidate background

• 7+ years of product management experience
• 2+ years of people management experience

• Analytical and quantitative skills; experience using data to identify opportunities, test theories and evaluate success
• Experience as an end-to-end thinker; the ability to look at a problem and create a solution all the way from top-level goals to smaller details
