• Program & Portfolio Management: track record managing multi-stream roadmaps, project intake, sequencing, and cross-functional trade-offs
• HR Tech & Case Management: Familiarity with enterprise HR ecosystems (Workday, Jira Service Management, Confluence, or similar tools)
• Change Leadership: stakeholder management skills with a demonstrated ability to drive alignment across HR, Legal, IT, and business leadership
