• Position Summary:
• We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and customer-focused Project Manager to lead the successful execution of customer orders from initial acquisition through to final delivery
• This role is critical in ensuring seamless project flow, fostering internal and external communication, and driving adherence to critical timelines and quality standards
• The ideal candidate will be a communicator, a natural problem-solver, and possess a keen eye for detail and process improvement
• End-to-End Customer Order Management (Monitoring & Execution):
• Take ownership of customer orders from the point of acquisition (purchase order) through to successful delivery and customer satisfaction
• Development: and maintain comprehensive project plans & schedules for each customer order
• Monitoring: project progress diligently, identifying potential roadblocks and proactively implementing solutions to keep projects on track
• Quality / delivery: all project activities align with customer requirements, internal specifications, and company standards
• Milestone Monitoring & Interface with Cross-Functional Teams (CFT):
• Define, track, and report on key project milestones and deliverables
• Act as the primary interface and central point of contact between all involved cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, Quality, Logistics, Finance)
• Facilitate regular CFT meetings to review progress, address challenges, align on next steps, and ensure synchronized efforts
• Drive accountability across teams to meet established targets and deadlines
• Proactive Escalation & Risk Management:
• Identify potential project risks, issues, and deviations from the plan early
