• Technical Troubleshooting & Problem Solving - Provide second-level support for machine and process issues, perform root cause analysis using 8D, 5 Why, and RCCA, and implement sustainable corrective actions
• SMT Line Optimization & Productivity Improvement - Drive cycle time reduction, line balancing, product allocation, bottleneck elimination, CPH improvement, and overall equipment utilization enhancement
• Cross-Plant Collaboration: Drive knowledge sharing and best-practice exchange with global Bosch entities as a CN representative
• MES Integration, Digitalization & Traceability - Ensure seamless integration of Pick & Place equipment with MES systems to enable production control, traceability, and data-driven process improvements
• Responsible to convert the available data into usable data and visualize the data to define the actions
