• Resilience and an even-keeled in face of organizational change, shifting priorities, and communication with a highly distributed or remote workforce
• Organizational skills, with the ability to plan and prioritize multiple workstreams, move between strategy and hands-on execution, balance speed and quality, and develop fluency in crypto
• Able to think and do, someone who can both generate ideas and is proactive in implementing them
