• Testing & QA:
• Execute rigorous system integration testing (SIT) and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to troubleshoot logic gaps and ensure data accuracy
• Process Optimization:
• Evaluate existing Xactly instances to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements or custom technical solutions for complex business challenges
• Deployment & Support:
• Manage the transition to production environments and provide expert-level support during the post-deployment phase
• Technical Documentation:
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including configuration guides
• Xactly Proficiency:
• 5 to 6 years of hands-on experience with Xactly Incent
• Project Management:
• Manage multiple workstreams, meet strict deadlines, and deliver high-quality results independently with minimal supervision
