• Good knowledge of IC reliability test methodologies (eg, HTOL, ELFR, HTDR/LTDR, ESD/LU, uHAST, TCT, HTSL, BHAST, etc), physical mechanisms, reliability acceleration models, statistical analysis, and FA techniques
• Familiar with industry standards, such as JEDEC families, AEC-Q100/Q006, etc
• Work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Experienced in collaborating with global, cross-functional engineering teams
• Proficiency: written and verbal English communications
