• Partner Lifecycle & Governance: Direct end-to-end New Partner Onboarding workflows, ensuring seamless implementation of regional approval matrices, legal contracts, and global governance protocols
• Certification & Program Reporting: Establish and maintain real-time reporting architectures for Sales and Technical Certifications across the global ecosystem to measure partner capability and readiness
• Financial & Operations Execution: Oversee Purchase Order (PO) creation, financial approvals, and fund distribution for Contra, Business Development Funds (BDF), and Market Development Funds (MDF) utilizing Coupa

Essential requirements and candidate background

• 5+ Years of Operations
• Track record in case management, partner operations, tier-2/3 support coordination, or business operations in a global setting
• Demonstrated Resilience: A persistent, hands-on problem solver with a history of driving initiatives to completion despite obstacles, changing priorities, or tight timelines
• Strategic & Analytical Mindset: ability to audit existing processes, identify workflow inefficiencies, and implement scalable, data-backed solutions
