• By designing clean, scalable, and well-governed workflows, you will ensure our HR technology and AI capabilities have a structured foundation to assist safely while keeping leaders accountable for great people decisions

• Design: and own global process frameworks for Employee Relations, Performance Management, Separations, and support case routing between HRBPs, PXO, and self-service portals
