- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
- Experience building or scaling PMO governance models supported by AI, standard delivery methodologies, and project health tracking processes
- Track record of managing multiple complex, high-visibility client engagements concurrently in a fast-paced technology environment
- Demonstrated experience mentoring, coaching, and developing junior to mid-level project managers
- Expert knowledge of modern project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, Asana) as well as Google Workspace
- Executive communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
Preferred experience and additional strengths
- Technical Background: Prior hands-on experience or foundational knowledge in Data Management, Cloud Infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP), Data Protection, Enterprise Storage, Cybersecurity, or SaaS delivery is a plus
