• We are hiring a Forward Deployment Engineer (FDE) to operate at the intersection of engineering, product, and customer success

• Act as the front line for technical problem-solving in real-world environments
• Debug issues across infrastructure, APIs, and application layers
• Identify product gaps and, when needed, fix bugs or contribute code alongside engineering
• Customer Success & Adoption
• Drive successful outcomes across multiple customers simultaneously

• Troubleshoot complex technical issues across the stack
• Comfortable working directly with developers and engineering leadership
