• Sputter process-related issues troubleshooting (common causes), working closely with the Shift process team in sputter process sustaining, trouble shooting & improvement to achieve sputter utilization (downtime) & quality goals
• Leadership: and coaching/training process tech, including engineering specialists and characterization technicians
• Training and sharing the PMR/DS sputter process and yield improvement knowledge with the team
• Sputter parameters monitoring, including online SPC monitoring and procedure conformance
• Sputter machine start-up, including process characterization (new products & process changes)
• New products/machines/process qualification
• Sputter process improvement projects (SU/STT/Cost/Quality/PPH & others)
• Understand and accept responsibility for performing jobs safely

Essential requirements and candidate background

• Required:
• Bachelor Degree in Material Science and Engineering
• Minimum 1-3 years of working experience
• Fresh graduates are encourage to apply
