Essential requirements and candidate background

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing, test operations, equipment support, or related environments
• Experience: test equipment operation, test head handling, maintenance support, or process support
• Experience troubleshooting manufacturing equipment, automated systems, or software-related issues
• Work independently with minimal supervision
• Good communication, teamwork, and documentation skills
• Willingness to work in a cleanroom manufacturing environment
• Knowledge: manufacturing safety requirements, including PPE usage and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO)
