- Be the first point of contact for analyzing and troubleshooting the issues
- Need experience of the underlying infrastructure and tools for deeper trouble shooting
- You must either solve the issue yourself or coordinate with Dev / Arch / Testing teams to resolve the issue
- You need to acquire enough application knowledge to test if the ProCon application is working correctly
- The main part of your job is the finding, understanding and solving of problems
- The smaller part is to automate and improve the system in the long run to guarantee the smooth running of an increasing number of test systems
