Essential requirements and candidate background

• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, GICSP, ISA/IEC 62443, OSCP, CEH or CCSP
• Exposure: automotive, manufacturing, energy & utilities, or healthcare / MedTech sectors
• Experience:
• 5+ years in cybersecurity, with at least 2 years in presales, solution architecture or consulting roles
• Understanding: two or more domains: OT/ICS & IIoT security, product / embedded security, application security, cloud security, or AI/ML security
• Hands-on familiarity with security assessments, penetration testing methodologies, threat modelling and secure SDLC
• Knowledge: relevant standards and regulations (IEC 62443, ISO 27001, NIST CSF, CERT-In guidelines, EU CRA / NIS2, MedTech cybersecurity guidance)
• Ability to write high-quality proposals and present to CxO and technical audiences
• Experience engaging clients across multiple geographies; comfortable with travel and cross-time-zone collaboration
• Communication, stakeholder management and commercial acumen
