Essential requirements and candidate background

• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering,
• 15+ years of progressive experience in Information Technology, with at least 8-10 years in senior leadership roles driving significant IT and business transformation initiatives within a large, global enterprise
• Track record of successfully leading major digital transformation programs, demonstrating tangible business outcomes
• Extensive and hands-on experience with SAP ERP, with a mandatory focus on SAP S/4 HANA implementations, migrations, or major upgrade projects
• Understanding: related SAP technologies (e.g., SAP BTP, Fiori, Analytics Cloud, Ariba, SuccessFactors) and their integration capabilities
• Experience: leveraging emerging technologies (AI/ML, IoT, Cloud platforms, Automation) to drive digital innovation and improve business processes
• Demonstrated success in managing large, complex IT budgets and strategic vendor relationships
• Experience working in a multinational, matrixed, and culturally diverse environment, ideally within manufacturing industry
