• Leadership: and coordinate end-to-end data migration activities from project preparation through go-live and stabilization

Essential requirements and candidate background

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering
• Experience:
• 10+ years of experience in SAP Data Migration with minimum 2 projects in S4HANA rollouts as Migration Manager
• Mandatory/requires Skills:
• Experience: data migration management, including planning, tracking, reporting, migration consulting, and cutover planning
• Experience: SAP BODS and SAP Migration Cockpit, with at least three end-to-end migration projects
• Good understanding of SAP business processes to gather migration requirements and define migration rules while working with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency: business analysis, business process understanding, and technical solution design
• Experience: customer-facing roles with client management skills
• Communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating across cross-functional and interface teams
• Demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills to drive distributed migration teams across multiple locations
• Knowledge: additional data migration tools is an added advantage
• Problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
• Mentor team members and drive migration best practices across projects

Preferred experience and additional strengths

• Knowledge: business objects, data dependencies, and technical migration activities, with expertise in SAP Migration Cockpit and SAP BODS (mandatory) and exposure to Syniti (preferred)
