Essential requirements and candidate background

• HR Transformation, HR Technology, HR Operations Excellence, or Management Consulting; or
• IT, Data Analytics, AI, Digital Transformation, or Technology Consulting with HR Related project experience
• Hands-on use of Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar AI tools
• HR process redesign, automation, and digital transformation initiatives
• Workday, SuccessFactors, ATS, or other HR technology platforms
• People Analytics, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or Python
