• 10-15 years of progressive experience in IT program / project management, technology consulting, or enterprise applications, with at least 5+ years leading Sales & Marketing or Finance programs
• Understanding: Sales & Marketing and Finance processes across lead lifecycle, opportunity management, forecasting, campaign management, sales performance management, commissions, and partner programs
• Hands-on experience delivering complex programs on CRM and marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce Sales Cloud / Service Cloud, Marketo, Adobe Experience Manager, or equivalent)
• Hands-on proficiency with generative AI platforms (e.g., Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT) to automate project documentation, accelerate decision-making, and streamline cross-functional workflows
• Leverage LLMs and prompt engineering to synthesize complex program data, conduct rapid risk analysis, and produce executive-level reporting
• Track record of integrating frontier AI tools into daily program management practices to enhance operational velocity, optimize stakeholder communication, and drive efficient problem-solving
• Lead cross-functional, global teams and manage stakeholders at multiple levels, including senior business leaders
• Track record establishing program governance, managing budgets, and driving projects to successful completion in fast-paced environments
• Proficiency: Agile and hybrid delivery models, and with project / program management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet, or similar
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to define business cases, quantify ROI, and make data-driven decisions
