• Minimum 3 years of professional and relevant experience in consulting
• 💡 Digital Transformation: experience contributing to or leading digital transformation initiatives for clients
• 🏭 Industry Knowledge: a understanding of business processes in one or more of the following sectors is an asset: Public Sector (Federal or Flemish Government), Financial Services (Banking and/or Insurance), or Industry
• 📜 Certifications: recognized certifications such as Prince2, Lean Six Sigma, TOGAF/Archimate, or Leading SAFe are considered an advantage
• Experience working in Agile environments and familiarity with key ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives are expected
• A PSPO I, PSPO II, or Scrum.org certification is a plus, along with hands-on experience in Agile methodologies
• 🤝 Consulting Mindset: ability to build and maintain trustworthy client relationships, familiarity with business development approaches, and a connection to the Consulting "motherhouse."
• 🌍 Languages: you are fluent in either Dutch or French, have a good working knowledge of the other national language, and are fluent in English

Preferred experience and additional strengths
